Lea Bertucci is an American composer and performer whose work describes relationships between acoustic phenomena and biological resonance. In addition to her instrumental practice, (alto saxophone and bass clarinet), her work often incorporates multi-channel speaker arrays, electroacoustic feedback, extended instrumental technique and tape collage. Deeply experimental, her work is unafraid to subvert musical expectation. She is currently touring Europe on a streak of solo concert comprising Rewire (NL), OUT:FEST (PT), Unsound (PL), LUFF (CH), Paradoxes (I)
Artist, sound technician and independent researcher, Attila Faravelli’s solo music has been released by Die Schachtel, Senufo Editions, on Boring Machines with Nicola Ratti, on Presto!? with the artist Nicola Martini and on Mikroton with Angélica Castelló, Mario de Vega and Burkhard Stangl. He is the founder/curator of the Aural Tools project, acoustic devices for relating sound to space, the listener, and the body in ways unavailable through traditional recorded media. He has collaborated with international artists, researchers and institutions such as Unidée, Fondazione Pistoletto, PAV Torino and Brown University of Providence. He is the curator of the Milanese independent performance series "The Lift" and part of the group running Standards.
